Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

PINPENCIL LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations of order will be considered only if the request is made before order gets shipped. Once the order is shipped it can not be cancelled. Once shipped, on cancelling order you will incur the shipping charges ,that is, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PINPENCIL LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.​

​

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

We offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Partial refunds are granted

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In case of any Refunds approved by the PINPENCIL LLP, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account / eWallet again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our team.

Shipping

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. We will give you the address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For International Order

We don't offer exchange/return on International order. Any import duties on international order will be borne by the customer, We will not be responsible for it.
